Gisela Ramensky is the founder and principal solicitor. German is spoken and a Russian interpreter is available.

Gisela was President of the North Metropolitan Law Society for 2 years in 1994 and 1995 and during that time was a regular speaker on community radio speaking on a variety of legal topics. She was a member of the Council of the Law Society of New South Wales for 3 years from 2002 to 2004 inclusive. During that time she was Chair of the Immigration Law and Human Rights Committees and a member of the Property Law, Business Law and Legal Qualifications Committees. She is still a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society and has a been a member of the Home Building Advisory Council, established by the Department of Fair Trading, since 2003.
Gisela has a keen interest in community issues and was on the Council of the Community Justice System for 3 years and a member of the community advisory panel to Sydney Electricity for one year. She was also on the panel of solicitors at the Chatswood Legal Centre for 8 years from 1993 to 2001. She is currently a Vice President of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce.

William Vahl

William practices in Criminal Law, Planning and Property law, and Commercial litigation.
He was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1994 and then worked for three years in a Sydney firm which specialized in Criminal Law. During this time he was directly involved in a number of high profile criminal cases as well as some landmark Land and Environment Court appeals.
In 1998 he moved to a well-established Sydney-based commercial law firm to broaden his experience before travelling to England to further his career. He qualified as a solicitor in England in 2000 and for the next 18 months he worked in a central London law firm which specialised in tax fraud and other white collar crime.
He returned to Australia in 2001 and joined Ramensky Lawyers. He became a partner of the firm in 2005.
Nick Ramensky

Nick Ramensky has over 30 years experience in the computing industry, initially in programming and software design and later at senior management level.
He holds a B.A. (Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics) from the University of Sydney and an M. Bus. (By Research) from the University of Technology Sydney. He has also completed Management Programs at the University of Virginia and Columbia University in the United States.
He speaks fluent English, German and Russian.
Mr Ramensky provides expert reports and expert evidence in computer related for litigation. His expert opinion engagements have covered the following types of matters:
- software performance & non-performance;
- computer system performance & non-performance;
- missing or fraudulent data (computer forensics);
- marketing/business evaluation of software systems.
